Who we are
Limara Labs is a software studio operating from Cyprus (EU). For anything about your data, write to [email protected].
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, work email, the type of project and whatever you write in the message. It reaches us as an email; the website itself stores nothing.
- Business outreach: if we contacted you first, we hold only business contact details that are publicly listed for your company (company name, work email or phone, public web and map listings) and our correspondence with you.
- No tracking cookies. We don't run advertising or cross-site tracking on this site.
Why and on what basis
To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote (steps before a contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and to contact businesses about services relevant to them (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). Every outreach email lets you opt out by replying "no"; we then add you to a suppression list and never contact you again.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become a project: up to 12 months. Client correspondence and invoices: as long as tax law requires. Suppression list entries: kept so we can honour your opt-out.
Who processes it
Email is handled by Zoho Mail (EU data centre) and Gmail; the website is served by Cloudflare. We don't sell or share your data with anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, or to stop any contact, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
