| Role (UK) | Salary | Loaded cost | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Junior Salesforce admin | £35,000–45,000 | about £47,000–60,000 | Needs supervision; cannot develop |
| Mid-level admin | £45,000–65,000 | about £60,000–88,000 | 2–4 months to hire |
| Senior admin | £65,000–85,000 | about £88,000–115,000 | Still one person, holidays uncovered |
What is in our packages
- Core, €2,500 a month, 30 hours: user requests, permissions and licences, release-readiness checks three times a year, data quality, small Flows and reports, monthly report of hours and changes.
- Growth, €4,500 a month, 60 hours: everything in Core plus developer time for Apex, Lightning components and integration fixes, and a quarterly roadmap session.
- Both: the same named admin, developer and PM every month, response within one working day, Slack or Teams channel, unused hours roll over one month, cancel with 30 days' notice.
- Not included: Salesforce licences, third-party app fees, large projects (quoted separately at our fixed prices).
How to pick a tier
- Count last quarter's requests to whoever currently 'does Salesforce' and multiply by 90 minutes: that is your hours per month.
- Under 15 hours: a fractional admin or Core with roll-over. 15–40: Core or Growth. Over 40 with a development backlog: a dedicated developer plus PM is cheaper per hour.
- If nobody can list the requests, start with the €1,500 health check; it produces that list.
Tell us how many users you have and what the last five Salesforce requests were. We'll recommend a tier, or tell you that you don't need one yet.
